We are here!

Hello bloggers! Just a quick post to tell you we are here in BEAUTIFUL cozumel Mexico! This place is unbelievable! I have never seen anything like it. The water is crystal clear blue, the beach it soft sandy white, and we are on our way to go swim with dolphins! This is unreal, I feel so so so blessed to be able to do this with my hubby...

PS our tour guide, helper guy, said this is the island of fertility.... we shall see :)

Oh so soon...

This is where my mind is... Jon and I are just so so close to our big trip to MEXICO! Jon served his mission in Mexico City and so we have been saving for 3 years so we could go back and now is the time! Wahoo! We will spend the first few days here... in Cozumel (cant wait to lay on that beach)

The rest of the trip will be spent here... In Mexico City, mostly in the smaller towns on the outskirts of the city where Jon served. I am excited to go back there and see where he lived and meet the people he taught...
I cannot wait another minute for this trip! We are leaving on Friday and we will be back the 26th... The blog will be lonely until then but I think we will have some realy good stuff to blog when we return! Adios!!

P.S. One minor draw back to this trip... it is right during the Idol finale!! Agh! What will I do? I hope they have Idol in Cozumel... Go David A!!

Battle of the Davids

Ok, it's on, the battle of the Davids... I have never been much of an idol fanatic until this season! This David is my man! He is truly talented, humble, sincere and just REAL. I would love to see someone like him win this (though I know he will do just fine even if he doesn't). What a positive example to millions of people out there, someone you would actually want your kids to look up to... love him!!!

DONT, love this one though.... oooooo I cant stand this guy! He is like a grain of sand in my teeth that I keep biting and cant get rid of! Do I think he is talented? Yes. Great performer? Yes. Smug, Cocky, and full of himself? Absolutely!! Look at him! Look at that smug face.... yuck!! Cant stand him, get him outta here!

We're Back!!!

Yes, we are back, alive and well!  We have been very much the absent couple the past few weeks due to work and the dreaded end of the semester, but I am happy to say we have survived!! (barely)  We have definitely neglected the blog, our friends, family, house, laundry and pretty much everything else the past few weeks that was not related to school or homework, but that is about to change! Thanks for not giving up on us!  (more posting to come...)
